He has no memory of the night.
Somebody else remembers everything.
About the Author
Maurice Buckley has spent more than thirty years working in technology companies, large and small. For the past thirteen years, he’s been co-founder and CEO of an Irish software business.
This may explain why he found it entirely too easy to write a protagonist who’d rather solve an equation than talk about his feelings. For the record, though, he’s never woken up with a tattoo he couldn’t explain.
Not the Same Axis is his debut novel. He lives in Cork, Ireland, with his family, where he is reliably informed that fiction and spreadsheets require different kinds of imagination.
